License Activation Deadline

Hi,

If I buy a 1 yr License today but don't use it on any PC for some time, say 30 days, then when I activate that License after 1 month how much time I'll I get before that License expire? 11 months from installation date or 12 months?

I believe the time starts at the time of purchase when purchased online.
