Guzman Posted April 6, 2021 Author ID:1449461 Share Posted April 6, 2021 I was looking threw my files and found something not sure if it could help with why the f drive is popping up but I found a drive in one drive and I had to disable hide hidden folders so it was hidden not sure if that would help diagnose why the f drive is popping up and everytime I try to access it is denies because it to also has a bitlocker and it links to the f drive everytime I try to access the drive in the hidden one drive folder the f drive appears on the right side with c: drive can I paste the name of the drive in the one drive folder? It is a link that goes to virtual connection to the Cloud to access and back up your files if you have it setup to do so. This is some type of physical, virtual drive. Are you able to contact CyberPower or whomever you purchased from and ask them about this drive? The only physical drive shown is this one so the others would appear to be Partitions or Virtual from the main drive or something in software. Drive Controller: NVMe (PCIe 0x 8.0 GT/s) Host Controller: Sandisk, Device ID: 5009 Drive Model: WDC WDS100T2B0C-00PXH0 Please do the following Create an Autoruns Log: Please download Sysinternals Autoruns from here. Save Autoruns.exe to your desktop and double-click it to run it. Once it starts, please press the Esc key on your keyboard. Now that scanning is stopped, click on the Options button at the top of the program and select Verify Code Signatures and Check VirusTotal.com and Submit Unknown Images Once that's done press the F5 key on your keyboard, this will start the scan again, this time let it finish. When it's finished, please click on the File button at the top of the program and select Save and save the Autoruns.arn file to your desktop and close Autoruns.
