Its hard to tell.  We use internal sources as well as external sources.  Any of them could have had a detection at some point in the "recent" past.  It could also be due to another website being hosted from the same IP address.  I checked a few sources which I use and saw no history of any kind.  False positives happen.  They are disconcerting, but they can be easily fixed.  False negatives are a different story.  Sometimes its a balancing act.
