If Windows Update doesn't offer them then you should check the soundcard manufacturer's site for a compatible driver, if you don't know where to find it then post the sound card info here. You can use Unknown Devices which will show you any devices and their info if they're missing their drivers. I've never tested it on 7, but it works fine on Vista so it should be compatible.
