Add option to disable the blocked amount badge

Please add an option to disable the number of blocked ads on the extension icon.

Why would you want to do that?  I ask because it is pretty standard for tools of this type to display the number of blocked items on a given page the way that Malwarebytes does; in fact, here is an image from my own browser illustrating my point:

As you can see, Malwarebytes is not alone.  At least 3 of my other browser extensions display a number for the blocked items on each website I visit, and as far as I can tell, only one of them has an option to disable this function.

That said, I will request that the Developers add this option, however it would be best if I could give them a reason so if you could explain why you desire this feature that would be most helpful.

That is true, but uBlock Origin has an option to not display the count which I'm guessing is the one you are referring to.  Like you I'm not sure why you would want to do this.
