Malwarebytes store broken and no response from support

I tried renewing my product 3 or 4 times and every time on the last stage it pops up something that says I have to correct the fields in red, but there are no editable fields.

The last time I noticed that the price was in red and was a dollar more than they were trying to charge me, so I think the website doesn't agree with itself about how much Malwarebytes costs so I can't renew my licence.

I tried creating a support ticket with the card processor and they sent back a letter saying to take it up with malware bytes.  I opened a support ticket with malwarebytes and they didn't respond.

If they can't even prioritize keeping their store working, they're gonna be out of business in a few months.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  7. Click the Gather Logs button

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be found on your Desktop. Click OK

Note I DID get the automated response from Malwarebytes for the support ticket, just no real response.

Not the subject line (which they didn't include) said that I'd tried this multiple times.

Instead there's the price in red and it's a dollar higher than what you were trying to charge me. So your site doesn't agree with itself on how much the product costs so I can't renew it.
