My Malwarebytes license blacklisted?

Hello there! My Malwarebytes software has not been used for a while. Installed today, the Lifetime license prompt has been added to the blacklist. What's wrong? I didn't share this key to help me see it? The account has also been deactivated from an early pc. My account binding mailbox ,Can you help me re-enable this key?Thank you!

If you are having technical issues with our Windows product, please do the following: 


If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

  7. Click the Gather Logs button

  8. A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer

  9. Upon completion, a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be found on your Desktop. Click OK

  10. Please attach the file in your next reply. Before submitting your reply, be sure to enable "Notify me of replies" like so:

I'm sorry that your license isn't working properly, but we should be able to get the issue corrected for you.  To start, please create an account at My.Malwarebytes.com if you haven't done so already, if possible using the same email address you used when you originally purchased your license key (assuming you still have access to that email address).  Instructions on how to sign up for an account can be found in this support article.  If your license doesn't show up there, or if you had to use a different email address because you no longer have access to the original one then please try adding your license key to your account manually by following the steps provided in this support article.

Once that is done, please try deactivating your license from any devices where it shows it as being active as described in this support article (the easiest way is to use the Deactivate all option in most cases).

If the issue is still not resolved then please contact Malwarebytes Support directly by filling out the form on the bottom of this page and they should be able to assist you in getting your license key to work again.

I see; the images states that you have 1 device available to activate your license on so please try waiting about 1 hour and then try activating Malwarebytes with your license again to see if it works (sometimes failing to activate a license multiple times can cause an issue where the system needs time to reset itself before trying to activate the license again).

If that doesn't correct the problem then please wait for Support to respond to the ticket you created and they will assist you further.

Also, if you would like to update your My.Malwarebytes.com account to use a different email address you will find instructions on how to do that in this support article.
