license get blacklisted. bought a legit key

i bought malwareByte Lifetime on amazon and activate it. after 3 months now, its getting blacklist.!

 

yesterday i have a dialogue pop up saying like.. another device activate,, do you want to .... something like that sentence... now my Malwarebytes is Free.

 

how will i fix it. 

 

i go to my account, i have already deactivated.

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  1. Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  3. Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  4. Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  5. You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"
  6. Click the Advanced tab on the left column

Lifetime licenses have not been sold now for many years, most likely the one you bought (assuming you bought it recently) is not legit.

You will have to contact support to find out.

For any of these issues:

  • Consumer Purchases

Took a quick look at that link, under "Customer questions & answers" there is this question "is it lifetime license key and can i registered with their malawarebytes account through official site" and the answer is "you will get a malwarebytes account and you can change the email  By EzGames SELLER"

To me it looks like they a reselling accounts, how and where they got them, your guess is as good as mine...

We have not sold any lifetime licenses now since 2014 - that's 5 years ago. I'm sorry but you were unfortunately scammed. I would contact the vendor and ask for a refund and also contact Amazon and let them know this seller is not selling legitimate software.
