Unable to block popup

I already tried everything I read to fix this problem and this seems to be a old problem that I would like to fix.

Every day after I run my daily scan it has that annoying popup that says either it passed or the other popup that says I have a problem that need to be fixed.

It be one thing to see the message if I actually had a problem which happens maybe once a week these days but please that it refrain from showing me all is well popup!

 

I looked through the scheuler thinking the quiet option was there is was not and tried all the settings by turning them off and on to see if they somehow needed to be reset as well to no avail.

 

I dont need this popup  when I playing WoW  or other games and you would think that would not be happening either.

 

Anyways thank for the program as it has saved me too many times over the years to remove some annoying malware!

If you haven’t already done so, please run the Malwarebytes Support Tool and then attach the logs in your next reply:

  • Download Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Once the file is downloaded, open your Downloads folder/location of the downloaded file
  • Double-click mb-support-X.X.X.XXXX.exe to run the program
    • You may be prompted by User Account Control (UAC) to allow changes to be made to your computer. Click Yes to consent.
  • Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
  • You will be presented with a page stating, "Welcome to the Malwarebytes Support Tool!"
  • Click the Advanced Options link

  • A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed to gather troubleshooting information from your computer
  • Upon completion, click OK
  • A file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop

Unfortunately I don't believe there is any way to disable this notification except perhaps by disabling all Malwarebytes notifications under Settings>Application.  I know of no other way to disable the post-scan notification besides that at the moment.  Hopefully they will provide more granular control over notifications in the future, though I don't know when or if that will happen.
