Being asked to disable AdBlock - but I don't have it.

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong place but I'm not sure if it's malware or not. I keep getting a popup asking me to disable AdBlock but I don't have this installed and I don't recall ever installing it. I use Edge or Chrome and it's the same for both. I have been to the AdBlock website at https://help.getadblock.com/support/solutions/articles/6000082125-a-website-is-telling-me-to-disable-adblock-before-it-will-show-content and tried to work thru their suggestions to no avail. I would appreciate some help with this. Thank you

AdBlock or an ad blocker? Some sites will ask you to disable your ad blocker, are you using any other ad blocker?
