I have been through this whole process FRST, MB Check, sending files back and forth,  and it still doesn't work, at all, MB won't even start. In 27 years of using a PC I have never had to go through this tortuous process, even back in the good old days of DOS 6.0. If I pay for a piece of software, especially one that is supposedly protecting my laptop, I expect it to work, and if it doesn't work it should be a simple matter of downloading an update. I am definitely not impressed, this is just amateurish.
