Hi Porthos 

 Thanks for quick reply, Yea iv'e checked my junk folder and there's nothing there. Unfortunately my problem is one I fear can only be rectified by support, My Daughter upgraded her version of malwarebytes and after the upgrade it went back to the free version so I entered my key but am now getting error  message MBAM403104 " Your usage level has exceeded the maximum volume allowed please contact support". so I'm guessing i'll need some sort of reset.
