    1. Right click on the Malwarebytes desktop shortcut and click on properties.
    2. Go to Compatibility tab.
    3. Make sure all the check boxes are unchecked.

    From your mb-check logs it looked like your CU was corrupted.
    Can you please do this:
    1. Download the latest 3.4.5 from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3
    2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. No need to uninstall anything.
    Let us know if that solves the issue.

    From your scan result it looks like you are running a very old version of the product.
    Can you please try this :
    1. Download the latest installer from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3
    2. Run the installer on top of your existing product. (No need to uninstall anything)
    3. Let us know if you still issues after upgrading.

    Hello @TempLost
    Can you please try this:
    1. Leave all settings in  MB 3.x to default.
    2. Go to services.msc
    3. Switch their "Malwarebytes Service" (MBAMService) to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" and reboot the machine.
    Let me know if that helps or makes a difference.

    From your logs it seems like you are on MB 3.3.1 which did have some web protection issues.
    Can you please try this :
    1. Download the latest 3.4.4 build from https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3
    2. Run the installer on top of the existing product. No need to uninstall anything.
    Can you please let us know if that turns on the web protection module ?
