I would like to know if there is any conflicts while running simultaneously  free MBAE standalone with free AVG av 2017',

More of that, please confirm that no conflicts are between free MBAM and  free AVG.

There is no issues running stand alone MBAE or MBAM/ MB 3.x along with AVG.

You might just want to add mutual exclusions just in case but its not required.

By the way, does MBAM 3.x have total free version, meaning without the trial component.
