shucky Posted May 18, 2017 ID:1126202 Share Posted May 18, 2017 (edited) Hello, Just noticed one of our clients with mbam 2.012 is not able to use Outlook. They are on an Office 365 plan and mbam is blocking office.outlook265.com. Currently it is only affecting a few systems. Thanks, shucky Edited May 18, 2017 by shucky spelling
wcunningham Posted May 18, 2017 ID:1126212 Share Posted May 18, 2017 Definitely a false positive. We're still getting it so they must still be working on it.
arturt Posted May 18, 2017 ID:1126216 Share Posted May 18, 2017 (edited) Definitely an issue with multiple office applications. You can add the IP address to your list of exclusions but it looks like it may be a whole block that is currently being blocked. Will prevent pop-ups from occurring in the meanwhile, so worth a shot. I'm on most-up-to-date MBAM with latest signatures, same issue. Edited May 18, 2017 by arturt

bobber269 Posted May 18, 2017 ID:1126221 Share Posted May 18, 2017 (edited) Me Too Post! I'm seeing the same thing here. Adding "outlook.office365.com" to exclusions got my email working again. You may be able to get clients working again by adding "office365.com" to exclusions. Edited May 18, 2017 by bobber269 Added info
