Hello astamir and :welcome:

Please create the following zipped archives for MBARW developer team analysis:

Create a .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware\
Create another .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the zipped archives to your next reply.  Thank you for beta testing MBARW and your valuable feedback.

Hello astamir:

Unfortunately, the attached logs.zip archive is empty.  Please try re-creating the zipped archive for MBARW developer team analysis:

Create a .zip archive of the directory C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs\

Please attach the above zipped archive to your next reply.

Thank you.

Hi, @Tobi_Alafin:

Many of my Windows Store apps are no longer working.

Including store, Reader, Edge, Start menu, etc.

It looks as if you have at least 2 cross-posts in the malware removal section AND another in the MBAM support section.

There's no need to cross-post all over the forum for the same problem.
And this particular thread is an older one, relating to MBARW-Beta, not to MBAM or to malware removal.

If you are reporting here about the same computer as in all of the other posts, please stay with your helper in ONE topic HERE
Please do NOT create any more new topics.

If you are reporting a different problem on a different computer with MBARW-BETA, then I suggest that you please create a new, separate post for personal assistance.

That will be less confusing for everyone.

Thank you for your patience and understanding,

It's one topic.

I wasn't getting any help, so I posted in a different forum.

OK, thank you.

You *are* being helped HERE.  So please stay with that one topic now.:)

The forum mod team may merge and/or amicably close all the extra ones.

Please try to be patient -- this is a help forum, not an instant messaging service. And many of the helpers are volunteers.  Creating extra posts creates confusion and slows the help process for everyone.

Thank you again,

Should I open a new thread or wait for the next version?

Hello @tomaquetama and :welcome:

It is disappointing to read your Consumer Beta testing system is having MBARW Beta issues but each computer is unique.  Problems that seem "the same" frequently are not.  The same is true for solutions.  Solutions may often need to be individualized for your unique testing system.

It is less confusing for everyone if a "One Member Per Topic" policy is adhered to instead of posting to the topic of another member.  Development Team Members, Staffers, and Helpers will be able to more easily provide both you and the OP/Topic Starter, with individualized assistance.

Please start a NEW, and SEPARATE topic by left-clicking this >>Start New Topic<< link now.

Thank you always for your patience and understanding.
