AV, Malwarebytes, and ARK all freeze/ random filed self installed

I downloaded some stuff, games & other software. I went to the loo and a program finished installing itself when I returned! I uninstalled it, ran Malwarebytes, and  AV then everything seemed fine, except for an installer which I "cleaned".^{( I attached the logs incase that helps)}  I downloaded housecall from trend micro, and the Malwarebytes ARK and both froze the entire computerwhen they got to some files forcing me to do a hard reset- the same thing happened when I ran malware bytes.

 I ran Emisoft Emergency kit and let it delete some of the game files I downloaded and what appeared to be a false positive from "Process Manager."

I ran AVG normal & safe mode: it listed 88 infections on a log of locked files. I did another partial scan and it overwrote the old log.

I attached: the Farbar Logs & a log of the deleted installer

I also have the MB ARK logs. I cancelled the scan to avoid another hard reset.

I ran the ESET one-time Scanner and it returned nothing.
