  1. Trojan.SmokeLoader detection was a false positive, you can restore this detection from quarantine C:\PROGRAMDATA\FIREFLY STUDIOS\STRONGHOLD KINGDOMS\2.0.34.17\GECKOFX\XULRUNNER33\PLUGIN-HANG-UI.EXE
  2. I couldn't reproduce the detection few minutes ago. You can tell the customer to restore from quarantine and rescan.

  8. Hi, Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool (MBST). Run MBST. In the left navigation pane of MBST, click Advanced. In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine. A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply.

  11. Ok, one command fail, but not a big deal. Navigate to C:\FRST on your system. Right click on Quarantine > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder Upload the archive in your next reply If archive is too big you can upload here > https://wetransfer.com/ Thank you!
