It says that it has stopped working. This is what printed out. So, as you were not able to download the mbam-clean removal tool, is it safe to assume that you weren't able to perform the clean reinstall, as outlined here? Having said that, your FRST logs show at least some PUP infections that need cleaning.That work can't be performed here, in this section of the forum.
