svchost hack?

Ok.So I guess I got a trojan or something like that that's using "svchost".My cousin tried a cheat for a game and he opened it as administrator and disabled AVG 2014 but it didn't work and after a few minutes I tried to reopen my antivirus but it wasn't working so I restarted my pc but when I opened it again.....this "svchost appeard and asked me if I want to "allow to following program from an unkown publisher to make changes in my computer" and I said yes and when I opened my antivirus I got this: 

and now I can't reopen my antivirus to delete the trojan or whatever,I tried to fix it but it's useless,it's like he trojan destroyed the antivirus or something.I google it and tried all kinds of stuffs but that svchos keeps staying there.I even tried to delete it but it keep appearing back after that.Any ideas what I should do to remove svchost and his admin rights so he can't tell me what program I can open or not?

I used "IObit Malware Fighter" and I guess it deleted all the threats but the problem is that I can't open my shorcuts,it says that they have been deleted or moved.Any ideas why this happend?
