How do you stop just the blocking activity from happening with utorrent? I added it to my exceptions but it's still blocking IPs. I don't care if the IP has hosted content before, I just care about the content I'm getting now.

There is no way to allow only for uTorrent and it is not advised to unblock them.  uTorrent will still function just fine by using sites that are not on a block list.  We are blocking them due to threats they can pose to your system and by adding an exception you're circumventing that protection.

 

If you really want it to access these sites then you will need to uncheck the Web blocker and stop it from running.
