  1. Hello and You could upload the file to VirusTotal to see if it comes back as a virus.... Also if you feel you are infected, you can follow the steps below.... Please read the following so that you can begin the cleaning process: As we don't deal with malware removal in the General Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Forum, you need to start a topic in the Malware Removal forum so a qualified helper can help you fix any malware related problems/infections you may have. Please read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here. After posting your new post, make sure under options, you select Track this topic and choose Immediate Email Notification, so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post. One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available. Please refrain from making any further changes to your computer (Install/Uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc...) unless advised by a malware removal helper. Doing so can result in system changes which may hinder the attempts by a helper to clean your machine. NOTE: Please DO NOT post back to (bump) your topic within the first 48 hours. Replying to your own posts changes the post count and helpers are looking for topics with zero replies. If you reply to your own post helpers may think that you're already being helped and thus overlook your post. If there is no reply from any experts after 48 hours, you can reply to the topic, asking for help again. Or You may send a Private Message to a Moderator asking for assistance. Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org or here. Please be patient, someone will assist you as soon as it is possible. PS: Please use the "ADDREPLY" button instead of other ones when you start replying.
  2. Just a thought..... I have seen this on computers that have a low resolution, or when you run your system in safe mode (because the resolution is low)..... What happens if you Maximize the MBAM Program (I noticed from your screen shot that it is not maximized), do all the letters then look correct?
  3. As stated above, I am a member of many forums myself, and I see this happen in most places..... The spammers find a way around the security, but here we have folks that work around the clock, and they get nuked pretty quickly, sometimes it may take a couple of hours for someone to see it and remove the post, but they do the best they can....

  17. Hello and I don't think this can be done, that is normally the job for your anti-virus software. Malwarebytes is not an antivirus software.
  18. Hello and Most times all that is needed is a quick scan..... Please use TFC to clear temporary files: Run TFC by OldTimer to clear temporary files: Please download TFC from here or here and save it to your desktop. Close any open programs and Internet browsers. Double click TFC.exe to run it and once it opens click on the Start button on the lower left of the program to allow it to begin cleaning. Please be patient as clearing out temp files may take a while. Once it completes you may be prompted to restart your computer, please do so. Once it's finished you may delete TFC.exe from your desktop or save it for later use for the cleaning of temporary files. After it's done and you've restarted your PC run another scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Please let us know how it goes.

  21. If it has to do with Malwarebytes program itself you can post it here, we can direct you to the right locations if this is not the right section. If it has to do with the removal of an infection, we normally deal with that in the Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs Section In that section we have experts that help with the removal of malware. Only the experts and authorized persons can post and answer in that section, so you are sure that you are getting ONLY the BEST advice. The items you had were not serious so I went ahead and answered your question here, instead of sending you there, but only in this case.
  22. No problem, glad to have been of service..... Should you have any further questions or comments don't hesitate to ask....
  23. Hello and We normally don't deal with infections or in this section of the forum, but from looking at your log, these are not serious infections and they are OK to delete, it should not have any adverse effects on your system.
