  1. Windows 10 build 16184 is preventing Exploit Protection from starting using MB 3.0.6.1469; Component Package Version 1.0.103. I have tried several times to turn it on but it stays on "starting."
  2. It happened again. Here are the files that you requested. There is no error code when the reboot freezes. Archive.zip Addition.txt FRST.txt MB-CheckResult.txt
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. I followed step 1 and I'll get back to you with the required logs if the issue repeats itself. Thanks again. Rick
  4. I am running Win 10 build 16179 and MB Version 3.0.6.1458 Update package version 1.0.1775. When a scan is completed and the app wants to reboot my system to quarantine something, the reboot freezes and I have to manually shut down and reboot my system. I am using a Surface Pro 3. Anyone else having this issue?
  5. Every time I boot and start MBAM the Anti-Exploit Protection has to be manually started. Anyone else having this issue? I am using build 15019.
  6. Build 15005/007 opens Edge, but settings just sits there and won't open.
  7. I am having the same problem with my SP3 on all my systems. Please keep us informed when a fix is put forward.
  8. I am running Windows 10 build 14971 and MBAM Home Premium 2.2.1.1043 and I cannot get Real Time Protection to turn on. I try clicking on the "Fix Now" button but nothing happens. Everything else with MBAM is working correctly. What could be keeping me from activating real time protection?
  9. Is Malwarebytes working on an app for iPhone like they have for Android phones?
  10. My installation also failed to activate. I tried the fix listed above and it didn't work. It open to a "config" file which I have no idea how to use. I am using Windows 10 Build 14291. Any help?
  11. I am running Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview Build 9926. I know that this is a beta build, and I am trying to have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium version 1.05.1.1016 run on it. When I boot my machine, Anti-Exploit fails to launch with notification "Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Protection is not started. The Anti-Exploit process will be terminated.". No code, it just fails to launch. Has anyone else attempted to run the program on this platform and if so, have you been successful?
  12. I don't have Bitlocker enabled on my computer SSD drive yet I still get the error. Can I do anything about that?
  13. Try downloading the new file. They had to tweek it a bit, but it works fine now. For me anyway.
