Hello,
when I start malwarebytes from the tray icon - it takes 13 Second´s till the main window shows up.
(reboot does not change, clean reinstalling with malw. support tool does not change anything)
Starting Thunderbird: 5-6 Seconds
Starting Chrome: 2 Seconds
Starting Norton Life Lock (without Malwarebytes installed): 3 Seconds
Right know I use Defender and Malwarebytes.
I can send you my log´s - or maybe, it´s just the way it is 😵

In the latest Test from av-test.org Malwarebytes reached 6 from 6 Points in Protection and Performance.

when I open adware cleaner without having malwarebytes installed,
Testen Sie Malwarebytes "Protection"
What about: Testen Sie den Malwarebytes Schutz - sound´s little stupid to me, "Testen Sie Malwarebytes Premium" or "Malwarebytes Premium testen"
"Artikeln" - this is what you see, when you go shopping
what about "Anwendungen" - "Anwendungen" sound´s more like Software :-)

Hello Malwarebytes Team,
for some reason I unistalled Malwarebytes and switched to norton.
After updating to windows 2004 norton had some problems and I decided to go back to old...
Now using Defender and Malwarebytes.
Everything works fine, BUUUUT my problem with creating a PDF in Textmaker (see the above details) is still there - feels little bit worse than before.
And i have to exculde Textmaker from Ransomware Protection - and again it´s everything fine (this time it´s just a 1 page document).
It seems like no one was interested in this problem...

Hello,
I found the following Problem:
1. when I open a Textmaker Dokument in Textmaker Office 2018 Professionel - the Dokument is 15 pages long (is xxx.tmdx)
2. I then hit the Button for PDF-Export in Textmaker
3.
4. once I press "ok" the following things occure:
- Malwarebytes takes 35% Cpu-Usage for the time the Dokument is converted to a PDF
- Textmaker becomes unusabel ("it´s not responding anymore")
- it takes at least one Minute to get the PDF (I use PDF Viewer Plus from the Microsoft Store)
Solution:
When I exclude Textmaker from Ransomware Protection, then it just takes 10 seconds and everything is fine (textmaker is still responding).
Please have a look if there is any tuning for the Ransomware-Protection needed.

Well,
after installing the latest component package version 1.0.508, i noticed that for some unexpected reason the cpu usage went up to 75%.
Looking at the taskmanger i found the Avira WebGuard Service causing this high cpu usage.
Somehow it went away,
and came back again and again (the highest cpu usage was 75%, sometimes is 50% and 25% )
I am using Avira Antivirus Pro,
but because the problem occourred since the latest malwarebytes update,
- switching off web protection immediately solves the problem.
I allready uninstalled malwarebytes, but the issue came back again.
I can not reproduce the problem, it just happens sometimes.
here is the log:
for now, i just try the repair button in the malwarbytes support tool...

the german Translation went a little bit wrong...
English:
German:
what you probaly want to say: "Alle Fenster werden geschlossen. ..."
The other thing is, in english it say´s: "clean and restart later/now", in german it says: "clean later/now" - no word about the restart...

I added all the exclusion´s to Defender and to Malwarebytes, there is still no change.
If I register Malwarebytes in the Security Center - the start from the system tray takes even longer - almost 21 Seconds.
