  1. Depending on the day, MBAM can be updated up to 4 times. Why can't the PC connect?

  8. Please follow the instructions here http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2936 and post the requested logs in a new topic you start. Researching CLSID's is tricky business for the inexperienced. I do not recommend you attempt to decide what is malware on your own.
  9. Yup I'm getting McAfee users at my site now with the same complaint.

  13. Well, maybe they just need to be part of the growing list of software causing MBAM problems. McAfee, ClamWin, and now BitDefender. A bit too coincidental for me.
  14. The updates are very fast, and should be even faster since they are now on their own server. Check the version numbers. If they change you got the update.
  15. Hello booster and welcome to Malwarebytes. Please read and follow these instructions http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2936 and start your own thread in that forum. Someone will be happy to help you.
  16. Since you can't seem to provide logs showing no cracked, warez or otherwise stolen software I will close this thread. Don't bother coming back here for help. If you had actually done as you said, you would be able to post those logs with no problems.
  17. Hello txrroro and welcome to Malwarebytes. Please move HJT to your main drive usually C:\ in it's own folder as it is now. Update MBAM and do a quick scan, make sure MBAM is also on C:\ . Post that log and a new HJT log from C:\.
  18. Hello Kim and welcome to Malwarebytes. Please do not attach possibly malicious files in the forums. You will need to update MBAM for anything to be relevant in your logs or removal. You can use the internal updater or get it from this site using the link in my signature or on the top of this page. Please also read the instructions here http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2936 and post the Panda log.
  19. Please don't quote me out of context. That is a part of a canned speech for recommended layered protection. MBAM does remove the malware in question.
  20. MBAM does remove this. We need to see what your not doing. Read and follow the instructions here then post a log here . Someone will be happy to help you.
