Browser Redirects and Cpu usage issues

Speed

Recommended Posts

So far I have scanned my system using Up-to-Date AVG Anti Virus 2012, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and both have come up clean, but I am still having the Redirects while trying to use the internet.

I also keep getting this " PING.EXE *32 " in the Windows Task Manager that continually eats up memory on-top of keeping the CPU usage at 98 - 100% which makes any graphic or CPU intensive programs impossible to use, Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated.
