  1. Hello again, After productive discussions with the company in question, and because of positive changes made to the newest version of the software, today we have delisted this program. Will be reflected in the next database update. All best,
  2. Hello, If you wish to continue using the software, you may add it to your exclusions list. The PUP detection listing is not a false positive. There shouldn't, however, be 200 items in the scan log. Can you rescan and confirm?
  3. If you represent the company, contact pup@malwarebytes.com to discuss your software.
  4. Hello, This installer contains a monetization feature called FusionCore that we detect. It will be labeled appropriately. Please feel free to add it to your exclusions list if you would like to continue using it. All best,
  5. Hello and thank you for reporting this. I have shared this with out ADWCleaner team. If you have a log file showing the detection, that would also be useful for us to have.
  6. Hello and thank you for reporting this. This sounds like an F/P with our machine learning engine. If you wouldn't mind, could you please attach the file here for us? I'll fix it on our back end.
  7. You may restore the file from Malwarebytes' quarantine and then provide the file to us.
  8. I'll have a look at that one as well. Seemed like an older one at first but apparently it's still available to download. All best,
  9. Hello, Yes, this is a new PUP listing and is not a false positive. You can read more about our PUP criteria here: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/malwarebytes-news/2016/10/malwarebytes-gets-tougher-on-pups/ If you would like to continue using the software, you are free to add it to your exclusion list in Malwarebytes. All best,
  10. Thank you for sharing that, uzi. I've made some changes on our back end to more specifically reflect our detection of WinBooster. Should be available in the next database update (at most in a couple hours). All very best,
  11. Hi uzi, Could you please share a scan log showing the detections in question? All best,
  12. Hello and thank you for reporting this. I have fixed this on our end and this should no longer be detected. All very best,.
  13. Hi again, Based on all the evidence presented, this is not a false positive and the detection will remain.
  14. Hello, Please attach the file in question in addition to an MBAM scan log showing the detection. All best,
  15. That's one of the (many) problems with game hacks. They use unstable process injection that can result in all sorts of unrelated issues. I personally wouldn't recommend you use this aim bot.
  16. So, it looks like you're installing a cracked version of the game. We can't stop you from doing that, but cracks are inherently risky to use. If you want to use it, you can add it to your ignore list in Malwarebytes, but we're not liable if you install malware because you ignored our warning. All best,
  17. Could you please zip up the file and attach it for us here? I suspect it is an FP but need the file to know for sure (alternatively, upload the file to www.virustotal.com and share the link to the results with us. Thank you,
  18. Hello, There are no clickable download links on that page. The download link on the main website goes to the Google Chrome Store homepage. Is your claim that you are unaffiliated with Zoremov or that Zoremov is not malicious? All best,
  19. Probably. That is a detection by our Machine Learning algorithm, which is constantly updating and improving. Let me know if you encounter any new detections. Thanks for your report,
  20. Hello, This installer is currently bundling other applications and will be labeled accordingly. All best,
  21. The difference here is between the installers, which bundle unwanted things, and the program itself, which may be clean. Adware.FusionCore means that the install is bundling unwanted things. Same with Adware.InstallCore. If any non-installer files are getting detected, please attach them here and show a full scan log with the latest MBAM database showing the detection. Thank you.
  22. Hi NightmareNear, These are web blocks, meaning that some of the servers on the TF2 server list are on IPs that we have identified to host malware. This is common for server based games like this and for other kinds of programs. Since you can still play normally, I wouldn't worry about it. If you would like the notifications to go away, you can add your Steam folder to Malwarebytes' exclusion list. Hope that helps,
  23. Hello and thank you for reporting this. This was detected by our Machine Learning engine. I have made some changes on our back end and this should no longer be detected. Thank you again,
  24. I don't see any file attached, so I can't look specifically, but in general, are you digitally signing your files?
  25. Hello and thank you for reporting this. We should no longer be detecting it, and this will be reflected in Malwarbytes within the next 10 minutes or so. All best,
