System Tool 2011 removal

My Toshiba laptop was infected yesterday with the System Tool 2011 virus yesterday and I was fortunate enough to have a cell phone with full internet handy to look up instructions to get rid of this problem. I restarted my laptop in safe mode with networking, downloaded Malwarebytes, and ran the program just fine without having to change the name or extension of the actual executable program. After running a full scan, Malwarebytes detected 27 bad files on the system, deleting all of them successfully. On restart,(normal mode) there was no sign of the virus to be found; the system tool virus icon in my start menu had become a dead shortcut, the random numbers folders that had placed themselves in my documents folder had their contents deleted, and everything is running good right now. Is there a chance that there is still a registry key somewhere in my system that Malwarebytes could have missed or am I pretty much in the clear of this virus? I'd appreciate any feedback, thank you.

Being that you had ran a scan in safe mode, you should now be running in Normal mode. Go ahead and run Malwarebytes once again, update it, then run another quick scan to make sure all infections are gone. Some items my have been missed in safe mode.
