Today was the release of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. And this is good news. But when I try to download the new version. Gives me every time version 1.46. And also here there may be mis-what the home page., But use the beta so far. And if there is a problem Do I have to use a beta, or refer to a version 1.46

It's possible that the DNS servers in your area haven't updated their cache yet as when I go to download MBAM from here, I'm directed to a page to download version 1.50.

If, Can I upgrade from beta version to the final version? Or damage will be after the upgrade process and above.

Which is better, remove Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and re-boot my computer?

You should be able to update right over the beta version. I have updated at least 5 computers this way and had no issues.
