HELP !!! might have backdoor on my pc

Hi today i was curious on the runing process under Task manger so i goggled runing process and i came to this website http://www.processlibrary.com/ i enter isass.exe it said

Description isass.exe is registered as the Optix.Pro virus which carries in it's payload, the ability to disable firewalls and local security protections, and a backdoor capability

i am not sure should i end the process?

As an extra to what Firefox posted -

Do not remove that item from your registry - The process listed is not always bad , but it can become infected -

Local Security Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS), is a process in Microsoft Windows operating systems that is responsible for enforcing the security policy on the system. It verifies users logging on to a Windows computer or server, handles password changes, and creates access tokens. It also writes to the Windows Security Log.

Forcible termination of lsass.exe will result in the Welcome screen losing its accounts, prompting a restart of the machine.

Many people who see the name of the process mistake the "l" for an "I" and type "Isass.exe" in internet searches where they are told that this file is a worm.
