can't download

Hi! when i try to download zip files with viruses to test my av i have this message :"Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available." does it means that i can't download any of them?

Just to add to exile360 , your A/V may be useless against manyof these infections -

Many will be Malware infections and not the type of item that an A/V will detect or remove -

Those bad ones do damage to your system -
