Please try the following to see if it helps:

Windows Vista and Windows 7:

  • Click on the Start vista-7-start.png button and select Control Panel
  • Click on Programs and Features
  • Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Restart your computer very important
  • Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  • It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
  • After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
    • Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version
    • Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask me and I'll explain how to do it.

Please run the following.

Download
DDS
and save it to your desktop

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.

Then double click
dds.scr
to run the tool.

When done, the
DDS.txt
will open.

Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

  1. DDS.txt

  2. Attach.txt

  • Save both reports to your desktop

  • Please include the following logs in your next reply:
    DDS.txt
    and
    Attach.txt

Well even ESET NOD32 is having trouble loading it says in your event logs. The hard disk are also having some type of error as well.

4/15/2010 10:50:46 PM, Error: Service Control Manager [7009] - A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Eset Nod32 Boot service to connect.

4/15/2010 10:50:46 PM, Error: Service Control Manager [7000] - The Eset Nod32 Boot service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

4/10/2010 12:33:13 AM, Error: Disk [11] - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR2.

4/10/2010 12:25:35 AM, Error: Disk [11] - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

You may need to check out and rule out any hardware issues and see why your AV is not loading either. I'd suggest seeking help in the HJT forum for possible Malware as well.
