Getting an error 2 and an error 13

I receive an error 2 after appx: 60 seconds on a new pc Intel Duo XP (SP3) with Trend Micro -- tried the add/remove and clean tool. Same issue happens... I have three paid ID & Keys. Received in an email from cleverbridge today! with my purchase history! My protection log reads:

18:16:35 Owner ERROR IsValidLicenseKey failed with error code 13

18:16:35 Owner MESSAGE Protection stopped

18:28:46 Owner ERROR IsValidLicenseKey failed with error code 13

18:28:46 Owner MESSAGE Protection stopped

However ID & Key is accepted? I have the Paid version on 2 other pc's -- no problems with the beta tests, or the final Also on this pc MBAM does not go on taskbar? TIA...

Please review the FAQ about Trend AV and see if that corrects the issue.

I did Ron, you & I and exile360 wrote it after testing for a month and a half... besides the other two pc's work fine no issues... I had to wait over the weekend for this ID & KEY from cleverbridge.

Please send me a Private Message or an email and we can work on it again if needed, but something has to be blocking it.

This version had one of the longest and most participated beta runs and it has been installed on many systems with no real unresolved install issues so I'm sure we can get it working.
