It will remove infected files anywhere found but will not load the registry profiles of other accounts. In most cases there is no danger from the registry entries alone since the files have been removed. I would suggest running a Quick Scan though on each profile if the system was found to be infected and cleaned.

Just wondering, if you have multiple users, and they are password protected, and also set to private so that other users can not access the files, can MBAM access those folders there under that profile to do a scan and clean the necessary files?

I hope this makes sense?
