This is confusing me. I do not get a rogue pop up like that. It is when I ran MBAM it found what it calls Rogue.SecurityTool and Adware.Swizzor. I have never seen a fake interface like that. I have not run into a rogue in quite some time. Wouldn't I have a pop up of some kind if it were a rogue?

If you mean it turned up in a MBAM scan then I hope you removed it - There are many rogue/fakes around and you may have found this one prior to it showing up on your screen -

Yes I removed it immediately. It is possible that I simply did not get a chance to see the rogue window it before I removed it

it is probably that you were not fully infected cause something like your av may have blocked some of the executables that were required to load the malware. But you had some traces left behind, so MBAM detected them and you removed them using MBAM..
