License id and key not working

HI, a client's desktop crashed and needed to reinstall MalwareBytes Premium to another desktop but was denied activation due to exceeded number of times allowed.  The lic has just installed on 04/08/2024. I managed to deactivate the lic key but reactivation on the other desktop was not allowed.  Can you help?

Please never post personal information on any public site

If you had the user save the license to their Malwarebytes Account there should not be an issue.

If you saved it into your own account then go in and make sure it's not used anywhere else.
