MB browser guard is blocking discord links

I tried to download a legit program, no zip just exe. And got that MB is blocking this. I don't know if this is the whole Discord cdn. Image attached.

Whatever I do, accept or not I can't download this file.

Downloading anything from Discord is a huge risk now. That being said,
