Loki001 Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534218 Share Posted September 21, 2022 Really? I thought it was just me. I wonder what is happening then. I definitely got scared and thought someone did something to my computer since it kept doing it every time I open a browser
jmargel Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534221 Share Posted September 21, 2022 You need to turn off web protection and then turn it back on. If you use Nebula that is done in the policy settings. I can now reach all the google platforms but still getting the pops. Also my phone can now connect to the internet when it was behind Wi-Fi.

Jameshobbit Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534225 Share Posted September 21, 2022 The Malwarebytes pop up saying blocked website keeps coming up constantly whenever I’m on google chrome and I can’t access any website on chrome too. When I look into detection history they are all from an outbound connection and say category: malware. They are all also from different IPs.

suchthefool Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534229 Share Posted September 21, 2022 Hope someone can help please. This afternoon, I suddenly started getting constant notifications in the bottom left corner from Malwarebytes when trying to use Google. It's blocking everything I try to do related to Google. This includes Chrome, Gmail, even Google.com when accessed through a different browser. Attached are a few of the warnings I've had. I've ran a MWB scan and it says there is no malware. My other antivirus software also hasn't located anything suspicious. What can I do to get Google up and running again please?

I wish there was a way to add a range of URLs to the exclusion list using something like x.google.com. I added about 3 URLs and gave up. Hope they are working on fixing and will post on these forums when it is resolved.

Hello- We're aware of the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible, thanks for your patience. As a workaround, you can temporarily disable web protection by following the steps below:· Open Malwarebytes· In the Real Time Protection card on the lower right, toggle off Web Protection" Additionally you can add these subdomains to exclusions to reduce alerts: accounts.google.com adservice.google.com android.l.google.com google.com mobile-gtalk.l.google.com pagead-googlehosted.l.google.com pki-goog.l.google.com www-googletagmanager.l.google.com www.google.com www3.l.google.com
dhphoto Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534239 Share Posted September 21, 2022 Myself and my son, on different pc's on different net providers both have the issue Can temporarily resolve by disabling the web shield Shame I had to do a system restore when I didn't really need to
sbonds Posted September 21, 2022 ID:1534240 Share Posted September 21, 2022 A partial workaround rather than completely disabling Malwarebytes is to shut off Web Protection. Set a reminder for yourself to check this again tomorrow. I bet this gets fixed quickly.
