  1. I believe I have now found the key in an old e-mail. Is it of the form: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX ? If so, how do I use it to recover premium?
  2. My computer took a dump and I have lost my premium membership. The key was in a notepad file on the broken PC, is there a way of recovering it using my e-mail etc.? Thanks.
  3. Problem now seems to have fixed itself without action.
  4. Yes me too, did it just start within the last hour? For a while I couldn't even do a web search. YouTube still won't work either, says I'm offline. All manner of stuff like this:
  5. Thanks. Last bit of automated response has answered my question. You can close the thread. Cheers.
  6. Hi, I recently had to have my RAM and HD replaced due to a fault and I could not retrieve my key prior due to constant reboots, is there a way to retrieve it?
  7. Well between Windows 10 updates and MBAM, they've managed to lunch my PC in the absence of any malware. Top work guys. It now doesn't boot at all and will have to go back. With software like Windows 10, who needs viruses?
  8. Gents, I may have discovered a nasty you need to add to your DB called 'Video.UI.exe'. https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/9f0669672401a240a89d37b6335d0ef12af524912fdf63ad43d1212267237dd3/analysis/
  9. Okay, I've done the above 1-4 and am currently running a scan with MBAM and ESET. I had trouble due to computer shutting down issue. In Reliability Monitor I noted several failures surround a file called PushNoticeMonitor.exe which started cropping up last Win10 update but one. It is a non-essential file and often causes problem. I have quickly deleted it during the brief spells inbetween crashes and so far, so good, fingers crossed, touch wood etc. https://www.file.net/process/pushnoticemonitor.exe.html mb-clean-results.txt
  10. I removed it with the MBAM cleaner, to see if it made a difference. https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1112 I will try the above after the ESET scan I'm doing ends.
  11. Reliability history shows sudden onset of problem in second week of June.
  12. I'm getting people telling me MalwareBytes is causing my computer to shut down here: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/678728/computer-randomly-rebooting-after-last-windows-10-update/page-2#entry4531731 Is this true?
  13. Logs? You mean the mbst_grab.zip? mbst-grab-results.zip
