Malwarebytes support assistance

I have been ignored for a week now. I cannot login to my account to manage my 6 licenses because login verification code never arrives! But, support ticket confirmation email did somehow come in.  Subscription renewal email came in, too. Just this stupid verification code does not come in, and I tried numerous times. Emails to support have never been answered either. I am hoping  that someone at Malwarebytes will see this post and finally contact me , even to say they can do nothing for me!

I can take up to 7 working days (does not include weekends or holidays)  to get a reply from support. Do not create new tickets as that will only prolong your reply from support.

Also make sure you check your junk/spam folders for any possible replies.

Thanks for posting your support ticket number above, perhaps @AdvancedSetup can take a peak and see where you are in the queue.
