Difference between paid and free version

I'm not a big fan of all intrusive programs, but I have to say I like Mbam quite a bit. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and I'm in the middle of re-installing Mbam because I had no context menu availability. My main question, and I couldn't find the answer on the website or here, what's the difference between the free and paid version?
