Spammed by "Website blocked due to riskware"

Good Day!

First, I'll tell you how everything started because maybe some additional information will help.

Earlier today, I opened a random file sent to me by email because it said it was a free game, but it gave me ransomware problems. I opened my windows defender and did the offline scan to stop all the new windows popping up. Then, I downloaded Malwarebytes and deleted everything it found a threat. When I opened the task manager, I saw some suspicious programs like a csrss.exe that was not in \system32. So I ran Rkill followed by AdwCleaner, and another scan on Defender, and another scan on Malwarebytes. The last few scans show 0 threat, but there are still random files I see in some of my folders and a notification saying "Website blocked due to riskware" that kept spamming me. I was willing to let it go, but it said something about \System32\svchost.exe which I assume is an important file(?)

Attached below are some of the logs I have saved in order.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me on this.

Thanks.
