MultiMC Minecraft Launcher

MultiMC is a Minecraft Launcher, been using it since forever and all this week with no updates to the program. I also was using this program for several hours before and at the time it was quarantined.

I see that it has been whitelisted previously. Do you have logs?

I whitelisted the folder after this, then turned off ransomware protection while replacing the file and then turned it back on. It has now been running smoothly since then.

 

I'm not sure which logs you are referring to?

Please do the following

• Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
• In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
• In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
• Run the MBST Support Tool
• In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
• In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
• A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

It seems that the file was detected because MBAM wasn't able to reach Hubble to see that it was whitelisted. Thanks for reporting.
