  1. Can you complete the following to clear hubblecache? Totally exit/shutdown Malwarebytes. Go to here in explorer: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService Delete the following file only: hubblecache Then you can restart MBAM and the cache file will rebuild on the next scan. Thanks.

    This has already been fixed, please update your database.
  7. We've whitelisted it in the application's db as well as in Browser Guard as shown above. Let us know if it is still being detected. If it is, I'll require logs to further assist you.

  10. Do you know what specifically is being detected? I was not able to replicate the detection. If there are logs, it would help us a lot. Thanks.
  11. Can you attach the logs? You can also add an exclusion to keep it from happening.
  12. Sorry for the late reply. The file attached has been whitelisted. Are you still seeing the detection after adding the exclusion? If you are, I'll need additional logs.
  13. Can you provide the file being detected? Also, in case it happens again, you can create an exclusion for the folder to prevent this from happening.
