Main .exe from Management Software flagged as Malware.Ranson.Agent.Generic

Hello. Today our Dealer Management Software is being quarantined by Malwarebytes. I have attached the zipped file, frazer.exe, which is the file in question. it is also quarantining the shortcut, Frazer.ink. 

Our Dealer's Malwarebytes are showing these as Generic.Malware/Suspicious and Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic. 

My techs are trained in how to set exceptions, so I am trying to catch one of these calls to get more information/reports.
