Yes, this makes sense as it's the level of obfuscation as explained here as well:
That's also why many other AVs detect since we also mostly see EnigmaProtector used for malicious files.
When developers are using such custom packers, it's always good practice to digitally sign their files, as that reduces the FP risk a lot.
In either way, I've whitelisted the above. :)
  2. miekiemoes's post in Filezilla installer detected erroneously was marked as the answer
    Hi,
This is a valid detection since this installer is a bundled installer (sponsored, as the name mentions it already). If you want the non-sponsored version, you can download it from here: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?show_all=1

I verified that this isn't detected anymore.
  4. miekiemoes's post in Is this a false positive??? was marked as the answer
    Hi,
Above won't be needed anymore since we could resolve it. This will be applied in next database update, so this should no longer be detected anymore. Thanks for reporting!

  6. miekiemoes's post in SKM Power Tools For Windows - False Positive was marked as the answer
    Hi,
Thanks for the file. The log is not needed anymore as I tried to reproduce detection on this and couldn't, so this has been fixed already.

    Hi,
Please attach the file that is being detected together with the detection report. This might have been fixed in a meanwhile already though, as we proactively monitor for FPs already, so it might be a good idea to rescan and see if it's still being detected.
    Thanks!
