  1. We have noticed that over the past few weeks customers have been calling in with frazer.exe missing from their folder. Just want to make sure this is not currently a flagged .exe. The file is in a zipped folder with no PW. Thank you! frazer.zip

  3. Hello, We recently changed our digital signature, which might have caused this. We just had a few customers run into an issue where Malwarebytes had quarantined our main .exe, frazer.exe (attached). Can you give this a scan and make sure it is good to go please? It is zipped, no password. Thank you, Chris frazer.zip

  5. Hello, Frazer Computing, Inc is releasing an updated version of our helpdesk tool for customer support. I was hoping to submit it to be reviewed to prevent any issue upon release. Please let me know if there is a better way to get this to your team. Thank you, Chris FrazerHelpStartUp.zip
  6. Hello. Today our Dealer Management Software is being quarantined by Malwarebytes. I have attached the zipped file, frazer.exe, which is the file in question. it is also quarantining the shortcut, Frazer.ink. Our Dealer's Malwarebytes are showing these as Generic.Malware/Suspicious and Malware.Ransom.Agent.Generic. My techs are trained in how to set exceptions, so I am trying to catch one of these calls to get more information/reports. Thank you. frazer.zip
  7. This was also on a clients computer. So unable to take all the steps outlined before submitting. I'll see what other options we have besides uninstalling Malwarebytes.
  8. Malwarebytes is triggered by my companies update file, but that file is to large to post here. Is there an email or an FTP server I can send it to? This is the most common way other protection vendors accept these files. -Chris
