Hello @Hsjafo

Did the Buffalo Tera ever work with Malwarebytes? We do not support all NAS devices.

If it was working before then please make sure you go to Settings, General and enable Beta. Then scroll back to the top and check for updates.

Install the update and restart the computer

Thanks

I've installed the latest beta update and my issue is unresolved. Yes my NAS and MWB did play nice with each other for over a year. I did a hard shutdown after the beta update since the program did not ask for one. At first could not open file explorer, took 2 tries on shut down before I thought it was OK - Like others, as soon as I turn MWB off all is fine .... loosing my patience here

Hello @Hsjafo

As the fix has so far worked for all but maybe 2 other people then there appears to be something else going on with your system. Please gather the following logs for me so that we can review further.

Upload Malwarebytes Support Tool logs offline

Thank you

Beta version 4.2.3.96 component package 1.0.1112 released today

This includes the fix for the remaining users that were still having Printer and Network discovery issues. Please enable Beta and check for program updates.

After the update, I would recommend restarting the computer even if not asked.
