MS Word file trojan?

I downloaded a word file from class the other day and I scanned it like usual and nothing popped up. Malwarebytes browser guard didn't block it's download and it looked normal to me. When I went to open the file Malwarebytes blocked the file. I've added the report below. 

I have no idea if this is a false positive or a real virus or not so I need help. 

Also, if it helps, I can drop the file in here as well for y'all to check.
