Change billing address

Can't get to screen to edit my billing address. Some instructions leave you hanging and looking for link that doesn't exist.

It can only be changed by contacting support.

Support is busy and can take 5-7 business days to respond. Submit a support ticket.

Well I guess when you expect to be able to change your address when your logged on to your account and you find you have to go thru support and wait 4-7 business days, that explains why filling out support ticket isn't  instantaneous results.

This probably doesn't help, however just in case I thought I'd post it for you.  Please see if the info in this support article is of any assistance in changing your billing address.  You can update your payment info, and if the billing address is part of the payment info then perhaps those fields can be edited as well.  I hope it helps, but if not then they will be able to help once they address your support ticket.
